Trial-equivalent doses, or nothing.
Every active is at the dose used in the published research we cite. If we can't deliver a clinical dose, the ingredient isn't in the formula.
RenuYou wasn't pitched in a marketing meeting. It was built by a small team who'd watched too many friends bounce between expensive collagen powders and topical miracle creams without ever finding something that delivered honestly on what the body actually needs.
The collagen supplement aisle is unusually crowded. Big tubs of generic powder. Pretty packaging promising transformation. Small print disclaiming everything. The marketing has run far ahead of the science, and the science is more nuanced and more interesting than either side of the aisle suggests.
So we did the unglamorous thing. We read the trial literature on hydrolysed collagen at clinical doses. We looked at what cofactors collagen actually needs to be used (vitamin C, zinc — both required for the body to incorporate amino acids into new tissue). We checked the hyaluronic acid bioavailability research. And we built a five-active formula in capsule form (rather than 10g of bulk powder) at the doses used in published research.
The result is a small, clear product made for adults who'd rather have one capsule of evidence-supported actives than a tablespoon of bulk powder with vague claims.

We use marine and bovine sources combined to deliver types I, II, III, and X collagen — the full range relevant to skin, joints, and connective tissue.
Vitamin C (for synthesis) and zinc (for tissue repair) are non-negotiable companions to collagen. We include them at adequate doses.
RenuYou is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the United States, in deliberately small batches. Each lot is third-party tested for amino acid profile, heavy metals, and microbial purity before release.
The collagen peptides are sourced from established U.S. and European suppliers with traceable, sustainable sourcing. Marine collagen is sourced from wild-caught fish skins; bovine collagen from grass-fed cattle. Standardisation and purity are verified at the ingredient level and again at the finished-product level.
