A note from the studio: cancellation is a quiet matter. The house attends to every request personally, and confirms by email within one business day.
This notice explains how a standing order with The House of RenuYou may be brought to a close, when that closure takes effect, and how any post-shipment matters are handled. For those who simply wish to submit a request, the form is here: /cancel-subscription.html.
A standing order may be cancelled at any moment, by any of the following routes:
Every request is read by a member of the concierge. The house confirms the cancellation by email within one business day.
The studio processes requests within one business day of receipt. Once the cancellation is confirmed, no further editions are dispatched, no further charges are placed against the subscription, and any edition already shipped remains yours — subject to the terms of the house guarantee.
To prevent the next edition from being prepared and charged, please submit the request at least one full business day before the scheduled rebill, which is shown in the order confirmation. Requests received on or after the rebill date may not reach the studio in time to halt that particular edition.
Should a charge appear after a cancellation request was already on file, write to [email protected] or ring +1 833-200-5310 (Mon–Fri · 9am–5pm ET). Once the timing is verified, the house returns the charge in full.
Cancelling a standing order halts future editions. For any edition already shipped, the house guarantee remains in force — see the Return Policy. The bottle may be kept or returned, as you wish, within sixty nights of receipt.
For those who would prefer a pause to a parting, the studio is happy to suspend a standing order for thirty, sixty, or ninety nights. No charges are placed during the pause, and the subscription resumes of its own accord at the end of it — unless instructed otherwise.
To locate the standing order without delay, please have the following to hand:
Write to [email protected] or ring +1 833-200-5310 (Mon–Fri · 9am–5pm ET). A member of the concierge will attend to it.
